Attention: Time to receive goods = Production Time + Delivery Time

Production Time: 1 – 3 business days. Each of my products is handcrafted only for you, so the production time will be a little bit longer than usual. Please be patient.

Shipping Time and Fee Shipping:

The shipping cost is $4.95
It takes 6 – 10 business days to be successfully delivered.

At the moment, we provide standard shipping and handling (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico), and our shipping cannot be delivered to US Military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.

ORDER TRACKING

After the order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you by email.

ABOUT LATE DELIVERY

While we strive to ensure all orders are shipped on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Some common reasons for late delivery include:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Missing details such as apartment number, building, floor, or unit
Severe weather disruptions
Delays during international customs clearance

Refund Policy

At Tboxmedia, we always puts customer satisfaction first and provides customers with high quality products. We’re sorry if you are not satisfied with the product you received. We are always happy to accept returns, exchanges and refunds for customers.

RETURN

We provide a return label for any returned item. Product is eligible for return as long as the product is in new condition, and a return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Who is responsible for returning the product?

We will provide a prepaid label for any returned item. Customers need to download the return label and print it. Customers will not have to pay return shipping costs.

Return method:

We encourage customers to return items by mail

Customers have request for return, please send email to us to the mailbox: support@tboxmedia.com with subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us the order number + photos about error on the product if any.
We will review and provide return labels by mail. Customers need to download and print.
Package the return product.

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return. Depending on your address, the time to receive the return product will be different.

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges in cases where the product is wrong, damaged, or not as described. Customers will not have to pay any fees to exchange goods. Replacement products will be sent as soon as we receive notification that your returned item has been shipped.

REFUND

When will you receive your refund?

Once we receive the return product please allow 2 days business to process for you. All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.

If you are approved for a refund please allow 3 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded. Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 business days.

If you have any problems, what should you do?

If the product is defective or still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us for better advice. Let us know as soon as possible.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Refund Policy

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
